5 Productive Things One Must Do On Free Time
Just like expensive Apple products, we humans should always upgrade ourselves. We should never be content in terms of our skills and abilities, just like how we are never content of our gadgets and buy the latest, better one. We live in a generation of smarter phones and less smarter people. If you don't want to be included in that statistic, be sure to make most of your time here on Earth and be the best that you can be.
Read a bookUnraveling yourself on a pile of pages of good read is always a must. You'll discover new places, explore minds of people, and know how to express yourself more. This at the same time will also stimulate your mind. And with our current technology, you could now read using your phone using eBooks, especially if you're on a commute or if you don't have enough space for a large pocketbook. A word of advice: don't judge a book by its cover. Literally.
Play an instrumentOr if you don't know to play any, better start to learn to play one. This is undoubtedly a stress remover for everyone. Once again, learning is just one click away; look for tutorials on Youtube! Or if you could play by ear (a.k.a a widow) then lucky you.
Get in shapeIt's a must to get your cardio on for at least 30 minutes a day. You could do jumping jacks, burpees, jog, whatever that will make you sweat -- no, not "personal pleasure," you perv. Not only will this help you burn fat, but will boost your mood and improve your sleep.
Take a walkGet off your bottom and take a leisure walk around the neighborhood or the park, wherever there's no city traffic and loud noises. Take in that fresh air, feel every step you take, and appreciate the world around you. Take a break from the day's stress every once and a while.
