Banana Cue and Camote Cue



Another street food that is known in the Philippines are these Banana and Camote Cue. It is prepared during late afternoon for snacks, usually children that came from school buys it. The bananas used are “saba”, it is coated in caramelized brown sugar and then is deeply fried. The bananas are put into bamboo stick for serving and eating. Likewise with the camote cue or camote fritter. These two are usually seen together in a vendor stand and they are prepared in big volumes.
