Kwek Kwek, Fishball and Kikiam

These foods are famous on the streets, parks or even in at schools, it usually goes with a push cart. Fishballs are made from finely pulverized cuttlefish or Pollock and formed in flat round shape. It is deep fried and dipped among the sweet and sour sauce or spicy ones. Kwek kwek are quail boiled eggs dipped on orange batter, I donít know why is it orange letís just leave it on that way. Kikiam on the other hand came from the Chinese food quekiam. Made of ground pork and vegetables that is wrapped in bean burd sheets just like with my favorite fish ball it is fried and paired with sauce. These three usually seen together in one cooking and if one is not on the list, the cooking magic is incomplete.
